Dunhuang Yardang National Geopark is located northwest of the Yumen Pass and covers an area of over 400 square kilometers.
It showcases magnificent and diverse wind-eroded landforms, making it a rare geological wonder and an important site for research. It resembles a medieval ancient city and is known as "Yumen Pass Yardang Devil City" due to the piercing wind and eerie atmosphere. These Yardang landforms are the largest and most visually appealing in the world.
