Hefei zone streamlines business ecosystem

The business ecosystem is being streamlined in the Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone, or Hefei high-tech zone – located in Hefei, capital city of East China's Anhui province – and it's already said to be making a big difference.

One of the beneficiaries is Hefei Bolin Advanced Materials Co Ltd, which on July 26 received all four certificates necessary for the construction of its mechanical friction sub-materials and parts industrial park.

It means that work on the project can kick off 61 days ahead of the agreed start date.

The 9.6-mu (0.64 hectares) project is located in the northeast corner of the intersection of Kongquetai Road and Xianghongdian Road.

The Hefei high-tech zone has been working to improve its business environment and boost the satisfaction of its resident companies. By implementing a new project management model, comprehensive support has reportedly been provided for the project.

Through a one-to-one and an accompaniment plus agency service mechanism, the zone is widely said to have assisted the project in meeting key milestones and ensuring the timely completion of permits.

Regular project communications meetings and site visits have been conducted to monitor progress.

To further improve its service quality and efficiency, the Hefei high-tech zone has established a WeChat group for project construction services – facilitating 24-hour communications and information sharing.

A fast-track channel has also been introduced during the critical stage of processing construction permits, enabling faster project implementation and progress.

By promoting innovative service models and providing precise, efficient and refined services, the zone aims to create a first-class business environment that supports its quality development.
