NETDA a magnet for top talent

Authorities in the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA) in East China's Jiangsu province have been making efforts to attract more high-caliber talents and scientific and technological innovation projects.

For example, the area has rolled out sound policies, efficient government services and financial support to attract innovation projects, with 101 such projects launched this year.

NETDA has also established cooperative ties with universities and research institutes such as Nanjing University to accelerate the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements.

In addition, authorities have held a series of events, including sci-tech forums and entrepreneurship contests, to attract top talents to pursue innovations in the area.

Local authorities said that the top talents and the projects will play a significant role in advancing NETDA's scientific and technological innovation, which will aid the area's high-quality development.
