Authorities in the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA) in East China's Jiangsu province launched an employment service station in the area's Shijia community on July 4.
The service station contains self-service equipment and areas for employment and entrepreneurship guidance, job posting and recruitment negotiation. It also provides training and labor rights protection services.
A job fair was held during the unveiling ceremony, at which more than 10 employment enterprises offered 200 jobs, and onsite employment services including policy counseling and career guidance were provided to disadvantaged groups.
Zhai Jingdong, deputy director of NETDA's human resources bureau, said that they will integrate more resources to build several mobile employment service stations to help people with disabilities find jobs.
