Located in the downtown Xinghua – a county-level city administered by the prefecture-level city of Taizhou, in East China's Jiangsu province – the single arch Bazi Bridge is made of granite and it spans the south-north Beishi River. It lies to the east of the Sipai pavilion, a local landmark at the junction of Dongchengnei Avenue and Beichengnei Avenue.
In July, the Bazi Bridge cultural tourism block was included in Jiangsu province's second batch of nighttime culture and tourism consumption clusters.

The block is home to a museum and a memorial hall for Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) artist Zheng Banqiao and Fan Zhongyan, a famous chancellor of the Song Dynasty (960-1279). It has nine other tourist destinations, as well as a culture square and a commercial street.
Performances of the traditional folk musical Duo Shang Yao, or the Ballad of Stack Fields and traditional folk operas are also regularly staged in the block.
