The pharmaceutical industry is one of the fields that enjoy the highest economic growth and the most vibrant development in Taizhou city, East China's Jiangsu province.
The sector's industrial scale continues to rank among the top among prefecture-level cities in China. Its products cover nine fields, including chemical raw materials, chemical preparations, proprietary Chinese medicine, biopharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical special equipment, medical auxiliary equipment, medical instruments and special medical food.
