Yizhuang Branch of Beijing No.8 High School

Established in September 2011, Yizhuang Branch of Beijing No. 8 High School is a full-time public junior high school which implements a principal accountability system under the leadership of council. Affiliated to Daxing District, its principal and backbone teachers are mostly from Beijing No. 8 High School.

The school covers an area of 23,535 square meters, and has a building area of 17,023 square meters and a stadium of 4,890.9 square meters. There are 28 general classrooms, 18 special classrooms for music, art, calligraphy, history, labor skill, computers, dance, mental health education, reading, health care and sports equipment, as well as eight physical and chemical laboratories. Curriculum innovation projects such as a Nano Device Laboratory and a STEAM course are affirmed by experts.
