Grandjoy Holding Group signed an agreement with Huangpu Cultural Group on April 20 to bring a brand-new commercial complex to Huangpu, which is expected to open to the public in December. 

Huangpu's new complex, named Da Yue Hui or Joy Mix, will be the first project in the group's new Joy City product line and will be the first Joy City project in South China. 

The project is located in China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City, which boasts convenient access to Shenzhou Road Station on Guangzhou Metro Line 21. It will focus on fashion, trends, and the needs of businessmen, white-collar workers, families, and the youth, striving to become a new cultural and commercial landmark in CSGKC.
