The Zibo Economic Development Zone in Shandong province recently invited Mohammed Nasr Addine and Ayoub Ait Addi, two Moroccan students who are currently studying at the Zibo Vocational Institute, to tour the Wenhui Ceramic Museum.
The museum is a non-governmental museum primarily known for its collection of Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) dynasties porcelain. Although it is not large in scale, it houses a considerable number of precious artifacts.
The museum covers an area of 1,200 square meters and houses over 800 pieces of porcelain. The exhibition areas are divided into three floors: the first floor displays ancient furniture arrangements, the second floor showcases Ming and Qing dynasties porcelain, Zibo kiln porcelain, tea and wine ceramics, and ceramic tile specimens, and the third floor exhibits wooden carvings, replica bronze artifacts, and other miscellaneous items.
