Grape harvest season has begun across various townships in Qingtian county, Lishui, Zhejiang province, local media reported on June 30.

Rengong town's renowned "summer black" grapes matured early this year. Notable for their early ripening, crisp flesh, and irresistible appeal, these grapes began receiving pre-orders as far back as the beginning of June.

Haixi town has the largest grape plantation in the entire county, with an annual production value exceeding 5 million yuan ($689,800). The industry has brought about a significant increase in the incomes and prosperity of hundreds of local farmers. Haixi grapes are poised to enter the market by mid to late July.
