Intl auto show opens to fanfare in Hohhot

The 15th Hohhot International Auto Show opened at the Inner Mongolia International Exhibition and Convention Center in Hohhot, capital city of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on June 8, displaying some 1,000 car models.

The auto show, covering an exhibition area of more than 70,000 square meters, attracted the broad participation of 80 brands.

Besides displaying new automobile technologies, products, and industry trends during this year's fair, new car models from major auto brands were launched.

According to the organizer, the exhibits of the show included fuel vehicles, new energy vehicles, recreational vehicles (RVs), commercial vehicles, motorcycles, parallel imported vehicles, and many other auto models and various related products in the automotive industry chain, such as auto supplies, auto financial services, and auto insurance.

The auto show also displayed related industry exhibits of China Unicom, China Mobile, and China National Petroleum Corporation.

Hohhot International Auto Show, initiated in 2008, has become an essential platform for influential auto brands to display their new models and technologies, gaining widespread influence and appeal in the auto industry in Inner Mongolia and beyond.
