Over 20 ambassadors and senior diplomats from 19 countries visited the Guiyang Ecological Science Museum, Shilihe Riverside, and the Confucius Academy in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on June 6.
They explored Guiyang's achievements and practices in ecological civilization construction. This was also the last stop of their trip to experience Guizhou's green development.
At the Confucius Academy, the group watched a tea art performance, tasted some tea, learned about calligraphy and Chinese painting, and enjoyed a guqin performance.
Manasa Tagicakibau, Fiji's ambassador to China, drew an ink painting on a paper fan. "This painting was inspired by the plants and beautiful scenery seen during a walk along Shilihe Riverside," he said.
