Sino-German Industrial Park

Sino-German Industrial Park consists of 6 Phases, of which Phase I, II and III have already been put into use, Phase IV is still under construction, and Phase V, VI and VII are still under planning.

Phase I, the Sino-German (Taicang) small and medium-sized enterprises cooperation demonstration zone, is located in the Taicang economic development zone, with a total area of about 195,000 square meters. The main facilities in the demonstration zone include factory buildings, a neighborhood center, two-storey parking lots and other supporting facilities.

Phase II, the Sino-German Advanced Manufacturing Technology International Innovation Park, is located in the Taicang Science and Technology Industry Park. It is divided into three areas for intelligent research and development, intelligent piloting, and intelligent services, respectively. It is a park for international brands that integrates intelligent manufacturing, high-end research and development, and excellent services. It consists of 14 standard factory buildings and a R&D building. Its plant covers an area of about 100,000 square meters, while its research and development building covers an area of about 6,500 square meters.

Phase III, the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Cooperation Innovation Park, is another carrier for high-end equipment manufacturing and automobile parts. Located on Dalian Road, the park covers an area of 318 mu, including 140,000 square meters of indoor areas. The park currently consists of 12 factories, three R&D centers, as well as three production and incubation centers.

Phase IV, Sino-German Life and Science Park, is adjacent to the CONNECT Biopharm headquarters on Guangzhou Road. Together with CONNECT Biopharm, it will form a large health industrial cluster with a total investment of more than 5 billion yuan and an annual output value of 20 billion yuan, playing an important role in the development of the bio-medicine industry of Taicang. The park consists of a number of high-standard GMP workshops for bio-medicine enterprises. Furthermore, high-quality workshops can be also customized according to the needs of clients. The park covers an area of about 116 mu, with a building area of about 120,000 square meters.
