The Baotou leg of Visiting Inner Mongolia Activity for Chinese and Foreign Journalists was completed on June 1. More than 30 journalists from 19 foreign media and six Chinese central media visited leading enterprises in the city. They conducted in-depth interviews on the silicon industry, rare earth applications, wind power equipment, intelligent manufacturing, and other topics.
"I heard that Baotou has just been awarded the title of 'World Green Silicon City', and the silicon industry here has a good development momentum. I hope to learn more about it," a reporter from Japan said at Hongyuan New Materials (Baotou) Co, pausing for a long time in front of the company's slicing production line.
"Through the implementation of automated production equipment, productivity has witnessed a significant surge while personnel requirements have substantially decreased," remarked the spokesperson during the introduction of Baotou Jiangxin Micromotor Technology Co's fully automated double-track intelligent production workshop to the attending journalists. With each production line now capable of manufacturing over 13,000 motors per hour, a remarkable four-fold increase from previous production levels, the advancements were met with awe and admiration. The president and chief correspondent of Rai-Radiotelevisione Italiana, expressed his astonishment by exclaiming, "The technology is truly breathtaking!"
Entering the Mingyang New Energy Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, 100-meter fan blades attracted journalists to stop and take photos. They frequently asked questions about the fan blade's project progress, application scenarios, and market prospects.
