Harbin to open 11 green spaces starting in June

From June this year, the first batch of 11 green spaces in the parks of Harbin city will be open for sharing.

Residents and tourists can carry out leisure and recreational activities such as walking, exercising, and camping in designated open and shared areas.

The opening of the green space in summer and autumn meets the needs of the people to carry out outdoor activities close to nature.

In winter, the open space of the green space is used to develop ice and snow activities.

Eight of the 11 opened green spaces are in the urban area, including Guxiang Park in Daoli district, Xianglin Garden in Xiangfang district, and Heilongjiang Provincial Botanical Garden.

According to Harbin's climate and plant growth characteristics, the green space will be open from June 1 to Oct 7.
