Guangzhou's Huangpu district has recently witnessed significant progress in three major projects.
The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Youth Entrepreneurship and Technology Park is under construction.
The main structure of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Youth Entrepreneurship and Technology Park has been completed and has put forth an estimated completion date of August 2024.
Located in Guangzhou, this park will serve as a hub for youth innovation and entrepreneurship, fostering collaboration among young talents from Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao.
Secondly, the Weichuang Smart Park project has also reached a construction milestone and is now entering a new phase of development. This park aims to become a next-generation industrial cluster that integrates research and development, engineering, pilot production, headquarters offices, conferences, and comprehensive supporting facilities.
Lastly, the A1 Tower of the New Spectrum project in the Greater Bay Area Sci-Tech Innovation Corridor has reached its full height of 176 meters. This project will be a center for innovation in Guangzhou Science City, providing a space for research and development as well as serving as an incubator for intelligent technology enterprises.
