Almost all of the top 10 highest-paid majors are IT-related for undergraduates of the class of 2022, according to Yicai.
Information security-majored graduates with bachelor degrees are paid the most monthly at 7,579 yuan ($1,089.75) and those who majored in information engineering, data science, and big data technology and software engineering are paid 7,157 yuan, 7,074 yuan and 7,056 yuan per month, respectively.
The starting salaries of fresh undergraduates of the above majors are all more than 7,000 yuan, making them top the four highest-paid majors for undergraduates of the class of 2022.
