Authorities in Zhoushan, East China's Zhejiang province promoted the city's unique cultural and tourist attractions at a tourism promotional event in Guangzhou on May 24.
The city's Guanyin pastry and a series of cultural and creative products featuring its maritime culture attracted numerous visitors and helped them gain a better understanding of Zhoushan's culture and history.
Yearly travel cards were also released during the event, with card holders from Guangdong province able to visit nearly 30 A-level tourist attractions in Zhejiang province for a period of one year, according to authorities.
Local delicacies from the province's 11 cities were displayed at the event, while travel routes revolving around operas and the Asian Games were also unveiled.
