From May 25 to 28, the opera troupe of China National Opera and Dance Drama Theater (CNODDT) and the Jiangsu Symphony Orchestra are teaming up to host four nights of spectacular symphony concerts in Wuxi New District (WND) in Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province.
Audiences can expect to be mesmerized by performances featuring talented opera singers, violinists, and pianists from France, Italy, and Austria, as well as Chinese vocal performers and musicians.

Each concert will begin at 19:00 and last for two hours. The first concert features eight classic Chinese opera pieces such as the White-Haired Girl and Red River Valley performed by the CNODDT troupe.
The second show will be a collaboration between the Jiangsu Symphony Orchestra and opera singers from France, Italy, and Austria performing Chinese and Western operas like the Marriage of Figaro, Carmen, On the Field of Hope and The Billowing Yangtze River Flows East.
The third day will feature musical works including Butterfly Lovers and The Yellow River performed by talented violinists, pianists, and vocal performers from home and abroad.
The final show will bring together teachers from music colleges across China and the Jiangsu Symphony Orchestra to perform selected sections of classic music works like Don Giovanni, The Tales of Hoffmann, and Ussuri Boat Song.
The concerts will be hosted at the intersection of Jinghui West Road and Zhenze Road in WND, with each show accommodating 800 to 1,200 people.
