The research teams of the Wuhan University of Technology (WUT) recently signed project agreements with three technology enterprises based in the East Lake High-tech Development Zone (also known as Optics Valley of China, or OVC).
A manager from Wuhan Xinsaier Technology Co has shared that their company has successfully adopted thermoelectric conversion technology in collaboration with esteemed Academician Zhang Qingjie and Professor Tang Xinfeng. As a result, they have been able to reduce operational costs by 30 percent compared to the average market rate. This is a significant achievement as previously, sophisticated micro thermoelectric chips had only been produced by foreign companies.

The digital communication engineering and research center of the university joined forces with Wuhan Polytechnic Digital Communication Engineering Co. The two sides will jointly promote the popularization, inheritance, and development of Tibetan ethnic group culture by making a series of cultural and creative products through digital processing.
The roadshows of eight projects were conducted, involving chip making, new materials, smart data and energy, and intelligent manufacturing.
