Baogang pipeline steels pending shipment to Turkiye

Baogang Group has won the bidding for the 32,000-metric-ton X65M hot coil pipeline steel project in Turkiye's Sakarya gas field due to its excellent welding performance and low-temperature impact resistance. This marks the first time Baogang's products will be exported to Turkiye.

The Sakarya field is the largest gas field ever discovered in Turkiye. In June 2022, Turkiye laid a natural gas pipeline connecting its energy base in the Black Sea with onshore facilities at the Sakarya field. 10 million cubic meters of gas per day will be transported from the Sakarya field in the Black Sea to the Turkish national transmission system.

With its high-quality products and good reputation in overseas markets in recent years, Baogang finally signed this export contract. All the X65M hot coil pipeline steels are scheduled to be shipped to Turkiye from Tianjin Port at the end of May.

After exploring overseas high-end markets such as Saudi Water Group and Dammam, Baogang pipeline steel products are exported again, enhancing the influence of Baogang products in the international market.
