Professional zookeepers feed the babies every three hours, simulate the mother tiger's licking by wiping babies' body and massage their belly to to promote defecation. "Based on growth conditions, we will feed them meat paste 40 days after their birth," said Xu Fu, a feeder in the park.
"So far, Jingjing has given birth to 12 babies in three deliveries. We have professional keepers responsible for postpartum care and nutrition to help her quickly recover."
The six babies are healthy and strong. It is estimated that they will be shown to the public at the end of April.
