Xinzhong Smart Park attracts leading firms to Nanning

Xinzhong Smart Park in the Nanning area of the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) has attracted many leading enterprises to settle here, resulting in huge economic benefits.

The Xinzhong Smart Park project is an important part of the cold chain logistics and e-commerce logistics sector of the China-Singapore Nanning International Logistics Park. The project adopted designs that are in line with internationally leading standards to build the largest and most advanced modern cold storage project in Guangxi.

Thanks to the superior geographical location of the Nanning International Logistics Park, and the continuous development of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor, the Xinzhong Smart Park has expanded its business scale since its warehouse was put into operation, covering main cities and core port cities in the region.

Since its construction began in 2018, a total of 16 construction projects have been started, of which six logistics projects have been completed with five now in operation. At present, the park has introduced more than 30 world's top 500 and China top 100 leading enterprises.

Shi Guowei, general manager of Guangxi Xinzhong Industrial Investment said that the China-Singapore Nanning International Logistics Park has many industrial development advantages, and more enterprises will be attracted to Guangxi in the future. Guangxi is set to become an important commodity distribution center and cargo transfer station in China.
