The Harbin bureau of industry and information technology recently released a notice on rewarding industrial enterprises with good output performances.
According to the policies, Harbin will reward municipal-level industrial enterprises above designated size that show a year-on-year increase of more than 50 million yuan ($7.19 million) in output value.
A total of 1 percent of the increased output value will be rewarded back to enterprises. The maximum incentive for each enterprise per quarter shall not exceed 500,000 yuan, and the current quarter's implementation period will be until June 30, 2023.
Enterprises applying for this reward must be registered in Harbin, have independent legal entity qualifications, and meet the requirements of the State and the city on energy consumption, environmental protection, safety, and trustworthiness.
Those who violate the provisions of the national, provincial and municipal joint punishment system, or are listed as objects of joint punishment for dishonesty by relevant departments, do not qualify for these incentives.
