Xi'an seeks economic, trade cooperation with Kyrgyzstan

The commercial representative office of Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, in Kyrgyzstan, recently held a meeting to discuss the latest in trade and investment between China and Kyrgyzstan.

Participants exchanged their views on the China-Kyrgyzstan investment environment, financial cooperation and trade potential.

They also made presentations on investment promotion policies, economic and trade opportunities and other topics.

Ma Xiaoqin, deputy director of the Xi'an municipal bureau of commerce, talked about the current situation in the city's economic and trade development, and its commerce and trade with Kyrgyzstan in recent years is getting closer and closer.

Currently, Xi'an is actively organizing its businesses to participate in the 7th Issyk-Kul International Economic Forum and in the 6th Silk Road Commodity Exhibition.

It is expected that these events will help identify new business opportunities for Xi'an and Kyrgyzstan enterprises to carry out bilateral economic and trade cooperation.
