Jinpu inks 30 projects worth 15.2 billion yuan

Recently, the Jinpu New Area signed 30 projects with a total investment of 15.2 billion yuan ($2.22 billion), covering high-end manufacturing, life sciences and health, food processing and prepared cuisine, education, and tourism. These projects are expected to play a crucial role in accelerating the high-quality development of Jinpu New Area.

These projects include new industries and business models that reflect the efforts and initial results of Jinpu New Area in further deepening its industrial structural adjustment, regional economic and trade cooperation under the RCEP, and accelerating the construction of a modern industrial system.

The new area aims to improve the business environment, provide better services to enterprises, and expedite the construction of new signed projects.

Jinpu has achieved remarkable results in investment promotion and project construction since the beginning of the year. For instance, Dongtao (Liaoning) Co Ltd's 3-billion-yuan ceramic sanitary ware project has started construction in the Sino-Japanese Ecological Demonstration New Town.

The Qidingshan Factory Phase II of Nidec Motor (Dalian) Co Ltd's 100-billion-yen new factory project has been completed and put into operation. Furthermore, five companies have signed agreements to settle in the Dalian Jinpu New Area Bearing Ecological Industrial Park.
