Implementation of administrative laws, regulations temporarily adjusted in Hainan

The State Council approved temporarily adjusting the implementation of administrative laws and regulations in South China's Hainan province, according to an official reply released on March 21.

According to the circular, from April 1, 2023, eligible duty-free products under the regulations of the People’s Republic of China on customs affairs guarantee can be cleared in advance after submitting a guarantee.

In light of the adjustments, the General Administration of Customs and Hainan’s provincial government should promptly adjust the rules and applicable documents, and establish an effective management system, the circular said.
