Authorities in the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area in East China's Jiangsu province announced that it will take 10 actions to improve its business environment on Feb 13.
The actions, including strengthening quality improvement, intellectual property protection, and government services, are aimed at helping enterprises deal with financing difficulties.
Authorities will also optimize its reward policies for intellectual property, help small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises achieve financing with their patents, and offer guidance regarding the protection of intellectual property.
