Spring has brought the trees at the Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, or China's Auto Valley, in Wuhan, capital of Central China's Hubei province, into bloom, meaning now is the time to get out and enjoy the flowers, local media reported.

Tanghu Library not only holds various cultural activities, but is also an excellent venue to view flowers in spring. Along the winding path, plum flowers bloom. Clusters of elegant and pure white plum trees sit in front of the library's Chinese-style buildings, creating a scene that resembles something straight out of a classical painting.

At Shamao Jiangtan Park, red plum trees are in full bloom, with some plum flowers standing proudly on the branches while others are still budding. Walking amongst the plum trees, visitors can smell the faint fragrance, which attracts both bees and butterflies.

A large variety of brightly-colored tulips – pink, red and yellow – cover the meadow of Tanghu Park in the Auto Valley. Sitting at the edge of Tanghu Lake, where the fresh green willow twigs are swaying, visitors can feel the spring breeze and enjoy the warm and pleasant season.

With the rising temperature of early spring, winter jasmine flowers at Longlingshan Ecological Park in the Auto Valley are also gradually coming into blooming, shimmering in the sunlight. The branches of winter jasmine trees are slender and overlapping, forming beautiful shapes. The dotted six-petal flowers form a golden "flower waterfall", beautiful and bright.
