Ora's updated Good Cat goes on sale

Ora, the electric brand of China's Great Wall Motors, recently launched the 2023 version of its vintage-style Good Cat.

The model, available in five variants, is priced from 129,800 yuan ($18,854) to 165,800 yuan. It has two range options of 401 and 501 kilometers.

Compared with its predecessor, the 2023 Good Cat has been fitted with dozens of improvements, said the marque.

These include wireless phone charging, USB Type-C ports, an e-column shifter instead of the dial gear shifter found in its predecessor, CN95 cabin air filters and better performance in terms of NVH, which stands for noise, vibration and harshness.

Also, the onboard operating system has been updated to be easier to use. It has four exterior colors and six interior colors.

In terms of smart driving, the Good Cat is capable of Level 2 driving-assist functions, including automatic parking.

In addition to China, the model is also available in countries of Thailand, Australia and Jordan, and will enter other overseas markets in due course, said the marque.
