On March 1, 225 sets of box houses, aided by China as part of its emergency assistance to quake-hit victims in Syria, were loaded and shipped out from a port in North China's Tianjin municipality.
This batch of supplies, as additional assistance from China, included houses with hot-dip galvanized metal frames and rockwool wallboard. The houses have steel doors, plastic steel windows, as well as electrical utilities, such as lights and sockets.
Priority was given in facilitating the fast delivery of the supplies, which departed the port at 7 pm.
