The Chang'an modern textile technology park located in Hai'an, a county-level city in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, has been making efforts to advance industrial transformation in recent years, local media reported.
The park is currently home to 29 enterprises that have started operation, including 27 enterprises above designated size.
As the only provincial water-saving industrial park, Chang'an has been focusing on boosting green development that leads to high-quality industrial development.
For example, the park has improved its water-saving technology and applied it to enterprises in the zone.
In addition, the park has boosted the innovation of the management system to lay out an institutional foundation for water conservation work.
Thanks to green industrial development, the park has been attracting more projects.
In 2022, the park signed agreements for four new projects and received an annual revenue of nearly 7 billion yuan ($1.03 billion).
In addition, among two projects that started construction last year, one received $100 million in funding, while another received $300 million.
