South Korean premium marque Genesis is continuing its expansion in China with the opening of a new Genesis Studio in Beijing on Thursday.
The studio, which blends innovative design and sustainable concepts, is the third to open following launches in Shanghai and Chengdu, Sichuan province, in 2022.
It marks the latest step in Genesis' ongoing effort to establish a presence in the world's largest vehicle market and meet the needs of customers in the country.
The carmaker has also opened sales and service facilities in China, with the 15th unveiled in Ningbo, Zhejiang province, in January.
The brand plans to open such facilities in more key cities such as Qingdao in Shandong province, Shenzhen in Guangdong province and Xi'an in Shaanxi province, as well as Tianjin in 2023.
The facilities will offer a range of services, including maintenance, repair, and parts replacement, as well as customer-oriented programs such as test drives and personalized consultations, it said.
Since entering China in 2021, the carmaker has launched six models, aiming to capture a share of the world's largest and most competitive vehicle market.
