Paper-cutting art may be an ancient Chinese traditional folk art but it keeps up with the times. As Spring Festival is approaching, an exhibition featuring Mianzhu New Year Painting, Yangliuqing Woodblock Printing, and Taohuawu Woodcut New Year Pictures is underway at Pudong Library, adding a festive atmosphere to Shanghai's Pudong New Area.
