Scientific and technological innovations of Harbin company employee recognized nationally

In the past decade, Zhu Zhijia has won many awards for outstanding performance in scientific and technological innovation in his field, including the title of national youth expert in September.

Awarded by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, it is given to young adults who have distinguished themselves in their fields.

The 33-year-old is head of the turbogenerator design office at Harbin Electric Machinery Company in Harbin, the capital of Heilongjiang province.

Born in Xingtai, Hebei province, Zhu was an excellent student and was admitted to Tianjin University in 2008.

After graduating in 2012, he joined HEC, the core sub-company of the centrally-administered State-owned Harbin Electric Corp (HE) and the main company producing large- and medium-type power generating equipment in China.
