Huangpu recruits biomedicine talents

A meeting was recently held in Huangpu district, Guangzhou, focusing on biomedicine and the health industry, and recruiting people who have doctorate degrees and those who are postdoctoral.

The list of attendees included nine listed companies, a total of 27 top biopharmaceutical companies in the district. These companies showcased over 87 available jobs such as chief scientist, R&D director, and project manager. The maximum annual salary of these jobs can reach up to 1 million yuan ($143,332).

The biomedical industry is a key pillar industry in Huangpu.

To date, Huangpu is actively building a world-class biomedical industry cluster, attracting many outstanding entrepreneurs to settle in, gathering more than 3,000 biomedical enterprises, and has an industrial output that has exceeded 170 billion yuan.
