Nansha enterprise signs onto cooperative project with Saudi Arab

Based in Guangzhou's Nansha district, Aofei Data International recently signed onto a cooperative project with Baishan Cloud and Ajlan & Bros Holding Group in Riyadh, local media outlets reported on Dec 13.

The project is expected to establish a large-scale data center and a cloud computing platform in Riyadh to provide integrated solutions for Saudi Arabia and neighboring countries, thus meeting the regions' growing needs in Internet, healthcare and financial services. These solutions include big data, storage, network coverage and database services.  

Established in 2004, the Nansha-based Aofei Data International has become a leading comprehensive solution provider of internet cloud computing and big data infrastructure services in China.

It provides nearly 10,000 enterprises with efficient, reliable and secure one-stop customized services such as high-speed and stable data transmission, intelligent monitoring and reporting.

In recent years, Nansha has consistently improved its technology development. In 2021, the district's R&D output reached 5.45 percent of its GDP, and the number of high-tech enterprises in the district has increased nearly five times in the past five years.
