On Dec 11, 3,663 patients were released from hospital after being cured (50 imported cases; 3,613 indigenous cases, 1,736 in Guangdong province, 522 in Beijing municipality, 222 in Chongqing municipality, 196 in Sichuan province, 191 in Heilongjiang province, 147 in Yunnan province, 105 in Fujian province, 75 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 72 in Henan province, 61 in Shanxi province, 54 in Zhejiang province, 47 in Guizhou province, 43 in Jiangsu province, 25 in Shandong province, 14 in Hunan province, 14 in Shaanxi province, 13 in Liaoning province, 13 in Shanghai municipality, 13 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, 12 in Hubei province, 10 in Hainan province, 6 in Hebei province, 6 in Anhui province, 4 in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, 4 in Qinghai province, 3 in Jilin province, 2 in Tianjin municipality, 2 in Jiangxi province and 1 in Gansu province). 203,892 people who had had close contact with infected patients were freed from medical observation. The number of serious cases decreased by 14.

As of 24:00 on Dec 11, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland had reported 28,230 cases of imported confirmed infections and no deaths. In all, 27,723 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 507 confirmed cases (no cases in serious condition) and no suspected cases.

As of 24:00 on Dec 11, the National Health Commission had received reports of 365,312 confirmed cases and 5,235 deaths in 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland, and in all 322,109 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 37,968 confirmed cases (including 141 cases in serious condition) and 6 suspected cases. 14,996,305 people had been identified as having had close contact with infected patients. 913,759 were still under medical observation.

As of 24:00 on Dec 11, 250,822 asymptomatic cases were still under medical observation (including 1,654 imported cases).

As of 24:00 on Dec 11, 8,946,179 confirmed infections had been reported in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and Taiwan province: 475,036 in Hong Kong (10,959 had died and 102,909 had been cured and discharged from hospital), 956 in Macao (6 had died and 797 had been cured and discharged from hospital) and 8,470,187 in Taiwan (14,679 had died and 13,742 had been cured and discharged from hospital).
