Academic meeting deepens China-Kazakhstan oil and gas cooperation

China and Kazakhstan experts exchanged ideas online and on site on oil and gas cooperation on Nov 30.
The international conference, attracting scholars from the Kazakh-German University, aimed to strengthen the understanding in oil and gas issues based on mutual benefit between China and Kazakhstan.
The meeting was co-hosted by the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) Central Asia and Russia, and China Petroleum Daily.
The event covered areas including high-quality development, financial investments, new energy integration and cooperation.
This year marks the 25th anniversary since the CNPC started cooperation in Kazakhstan in the oil and gas field.
