On Nov 13, 580 patients were released from hospital after being cured (41 imported cases; 539 indigenous cases, 272 in Guangdong province, 86 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 31 in Fujian province, 22 in Beijing municipality, 22 in Sichuan province, 19 in Chongqing municipality, 16 in Shanxi province, 12 in Jiangsu province, 11 in Heilongjiang province, 10 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, 7 in Shaanxi province, 6 in Zhejiang province, 6 in Hunan province, 6 in Yunnan province, 3 in Qinghai province, 2 in Henan province, 2 in Tibet autonomous region, 2 in Gansu province, 1 in Tianjin municipality, 1 in Liaoning province, 1 in Shanghai municipality and 1 in Guizhou province). 104,606 people who had had close contact with infected patients were freed from medical observation. The number of serious cases decreased by 1.

As of 24:00 on Nov 13, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland had reported 26,450 cases of imported confirmed infections and no deaths. In all, 25,916 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 534 confirmed cases (no cases in serious condition) and no suspected cases.

As of 24:00 on Nov 13, the National Health Commission had received reports of 273,762 confirmed cases and 5,226 deaths in 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland, and in all 255,147 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 13,389 confirmed cases (including 22 cases in serious condition) and no suspected cases. 9,099,364 people had been identified as having had close contact with infected patients. 893,326 were still under medical observation.

On Nov 13, 1,472 asymptomatic cases were freed from medical observation (127 imported cases; 1,345 indigenous cases, 237 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, 175 in Guangdong province, 148 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 118 in Henan province, 109 in Hubei province, 84 in Hunan province, 71 in Shandong province, 63 in Shanxi province, 49 in Fujian province, 40 in Yunnan province, 36 in Qinghai province, 33 in Heilongjiang province, 33 in Sichuan province, 31 in Shaanxi province, 29 in Tianjin municipality, 17 in Jiangsu province, 14 in Liaoning province, 14 in Chongqing municipality, 12 in Zhejiang province, 8 in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, 7 in Shanghai municipality, 4 in Hebei province, 3 in Tibet autonomous region, 2 in Beijing municipality, 2 in Jilin province, 2 in Anhui province, 2 in Gansu province and 2 in Ningxia Hui autonomous region). 549 asymptomatic cases became confirmed cases (including 2 imported cases). As of 24:00 on Nov 13, 92,639 asymptomatic cases were still under medical observation (including 1,036 imported cases).

As of 24:00 on Nov 13, 8,478,548 confirmed infections had been reported in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and Taiwan province: 443,458 in Hong Kong (10,526 had died and 94,427 had been cured and discharged from hospital), 795 in Macao (6 had died and 789 had been cured and discharged from hospital) and 8,034,295 in Taiwan (13,562 had died and 13,742 had been cured and discharged from hospital).
