On Nov 11, 500 patients were released from hospital after being cured (50 imported cases; 450 indigenous cases, 152 in Guangdong province, 131 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 44 in Fujian province, 20 in Beijing municipality, 15 in Sichuan province, 14 in Hunan province, 14 in Chongqing municipality, 13 in Shanxi province, 9 in Shaanxi province, 8 in Jiangsu province, 7 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, 5 in Liaoning province, 4 in Shandong province, 3 in Yunnan province, 3 in Tibet autonomous region, 2 in Heilongjiang province, 2 in Henan province, 1 in Tianjin municipality, 1 in Anhui province, 1 in Gansu province and 1 in Qinghai province). 68,788 people who had had close contact with infected patients were freed from medical observation. The number of serious cases decreased by 1.

As of 24:00 on Nov 11, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland had reported 26,367 cases of imported confirmed infections and no deaths. In all, 25,835 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 532 confirmed cases (no cases in serious condition) and no suspected cases.

As of 24:00 on Nov 11, the National Health Commission had received reports of 270,257 confirmed cases and 5,226 deaths in 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland, and in all 254,112 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 10,919 confirmed cases (including 24 cases in serious condition) and no suspected cases. 8,820,485 people had been identified as having had close contact with infected patients. 825,303 were still under medical observation.

On Nov 11, 1,400 asymptomatic cases were freed from medical observation (103 imported cases; 1,297 indigenous cases, 254 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 145 in Guangdong province, 143 in Tibet autonomous region, 120 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, 103 in Qinghai province, 101 in Shandong province, 89 in Fujian province, 51 in Yunnan province, 49 in Hubei province, 44 in Shanxi province, 29 in Hunan province, 27 in Shaanxi province, 23 in Sichuan province, 22 in Hebei province, 18 in Tianjin municipality, 16 in Chongqing municipality, 13 in Heilongjiang province, 11 in Jiangsu province, 8 in Liaoning province, 7 in Anhui province, 7 in Gansu province, 5 in Henan province, 4 in Ningxia Hui autonomous region, 2 in Beijing municipality, 2 in Shanghai municipality, 2 in Zhejiang province, 1 in Jiangxi province and 1 in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region). 486 asymptomatic cases became confirmed cases (including 6 imported cases). As of 24:00 on Nov 11, 68,842 asymptomatic cases were still under medical observation (including 1,127 imported cases).

As of 24:00 on Nov 11, 8,439,197 confirmed infections had been reported in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and Taiwan province: 441,912 in Hong Kong (10,511 had died and 93,913 had been cured and discharged from hospital), 795 in Macao (6 had died and 789 had been cured and discharged from hospital) and 7,996,490 in Taiwan (13,441 had died and 13,742 had been cured and discharged from hospital).
