Zhangjiajie’s 15 enterprises participate in CIIE

The fifth China International Import Expo (CIIE) was held in Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center from November 5 to November 10, 2022. 15 foreign trade and supply chain enterprises, including Hunan Many Supermarket, Zhangjiajie Langrui Import and Export Trade and Hunan Shenzhou Pharmaceutical attended the CIIE.

At the CIIE, Zhangjiajie Langrui Import and Export Trade and Azerbaijan AZ Granata Company signed a 3-million-dollar agreement.

During the expo, Zhangjiajie investment promotion team paid visits to several enterprises including Banyan Tree Shanghai on the Bund, China Lodging Group, Ctrip Group, and Fosun Tourism Group for investigation. The team introduced Zhangjiajie’s business environment, preferential policies, human resources and other investment advantages, and discussed about deepening exchanges and cooperation and promoting project implementation.

As the the world's first import-themed national-level expo, CIIE is a major measure taken by the Chinese government to firmly support trade liberalization and economic globalization, and actively open the market to the world. It has built an open cooperation platform for countries around the world to show their national images and carry out international trade.

6 exhibition areas, including food and agricultural products, automobiles, technical equipment were set up at the CIIE.

In addition, innovation incubators in various fields were intensively displayed for the first time this year. And a comprehensive exhibition area of China’s opening-up achievements over the past decade was also set up.
