On Nov 7, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 890 new cases of confirmed infections (47 imported cases, 12 in Fujian province, 12 in Guangdong province, 8 in Sichuan province, 5 in Beijing municipality, 3 in Tianjin municipality, 3 in Shanghai municipality, 2 in Liaoning province, 1 in Jiangsu province and 1 in Shandong province, including 2 confirmed cases converting from asymptomatic cases, 1 in Guangdong province and 1 in Sichuan province; 843 indigenous cases, 319 in Guangdong province, 159 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 89 in Chongqing municipality, 86 in Henan province, 33 in Shanxi province, 32 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, 31 in Beijing municipality, 21 in Sichuan province, 16 in Hunan province, 13 in Shaanxi province, 10 in Gansu province, 7 in Yunnan province, 5 in Shandong province, 5 in Guizhou province, 3 in Heilongjiang province, 3 in Fujian province, 3 in Jiangxi province, 2 in Tianjin municipality, 2 in Hainan province, 2 in Qinghai province, 1 in Jiangsu province and 1 in Zhejiang province, including 152 confirmed cases converting from asymptomatic cases, 121 in Guangdong province, 9 in Gansu province, 7 in Sichuan province, 3 in Beijing municipality, 3 in Chongqing municipality, 2 in Fujian province, 2 in Hunan province, 2 in Shaanxi province, 1 in Shanxi province, 1 in Heilongjiang province and 1 in Zhejiang province), no deaths, and no new cases of suspected infections.

On Nov 7, 263 patients were released from hospital after being cured (49 imported cases; 214 indigenous cases, 70 in Guangdong province, 46 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 16 in Fujian province, 12 in Shaanxi province, 11 in Beijing municipality, 11 in Zhejiang province, 9 in Shanxi province, 9 in Sichuan province, 8 in Jiangsu province, 6 in Qinghai province, 4 in Chongqing municipality, 4 in Yunnan province, 2 in Tianjin municipality, 2 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, 1 in Liaoning province, 1 in Heilongjiang province, 1 in Hunan province and 1 in Gansu province). 83,124 people who had had close contact with infected patients were freed from medical observation. The number of serious cases remained the same.

As of 24:00 on Nov 7, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland had reported 26,152 cases of imported confirmed infections and no deaths. In all, 25,650 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 502 confirmed cases (no cases in serious condition) and no suspected cases.

As of 24:00 on Nov 7, the National Health Commission had received reports of 265,013 confirmed cases and 5,226 deaths in 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland, and in all 252,543 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 7,244 confirmed cases (including 30 cases in serious condition) and no suspected cases. 8,416,385 people had been identified as having had close contact with infected patients. 687,615 were still under medical observation.

On Nov 7, 871 asymptomatic cases were freed from medical observation (94 imported cases; 777 indigenous cases, 139 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, 124 in Guangdong province, 67 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 48 in Shaanxi province, 43 in Sichuan province, 42 in Yunnan province, 41 in Shandong province, 41 in Qinghai province, 37 in Hubei province, 34 in Tianjin municipality, 27 in Hebei province, 27 in Shanxi province, 19 in Fujian province, 17 in Heilongjiang province, 11 in Jiangsu province, 10 in Chongqing municipality, 9 in Shanghai municipality, 9 in Anhui province, 9 in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, 8 in Zhejiang province, 4 in Gansu province, 3 in Hunan province, 3 in Ningxia Hui autonomous region, 2 in Tibet autonomous region, 1 in Liaoning province, 1 in Jilin province and 1 in Henan province). 154 asymptomatic cases became confirmed cases (including 2 imported cases). As of 24:00 on Nov 7, 41,031 asymptomatic cases were still under medical observation (including 1,170 imported cases).

As of 24:00 on Nov 7, 8,344,140 confirmed infections had been reported in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and Taiwan province: 439,251 in Hong Kong (10,475 had died and 92,978 had been cured and discharged from hospital), 795 in Macao (6 had died and 787 had been cured and discharged from hospital) and 7,904,094 in Taiwan (13,232 had died and 13,742 had been cured and discharged from hospital).
