Yanhu village: An ideal place for camping

Yanhu village in Hanjiang district of Yangzhou in East China's Jiangsu province is best known for its delicacies and pleasant sights, and is one of the best retreats in the city to go camping. 

Located along Shaobo Lake, the village boasts stunning views of the sunrise and sunset. 

Besides stunning views of nature, the village also boasts a vibrant nightlife scene which features a camping site where visitors can take part in activities such as concerts, campfire parties and outdoor movie screenings.

Visitors can take their kids on a study tour in the village, where the Yangzhou Fishery Culture Museum was opened to the public in October 2020. 

The village, dubbed "the most charming fishing village of China", is a national key village for rural tourism. Here, tourists can experience local fishery customs and enjoy local delicacies such as crawfish.
