Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine (GZUCM), referred to as Guangzhou Chinese Medicine, is a Chinese medicine college located in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China.

One of the 4 institutions of higher learning of traditional Chinese medicine. Formerly known as Guangdong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine founded in 1924, Guangzhou College of Traditional Chinese Medicine was established on its basis in 1956, and in February 1995, it was renamed Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

The school motto "Honorable and erudite, sincere and sincere" is a requirement for Chinese doctors from the height of traditional Chinese culture, and it is also a goal to pursue. Relieving suffering for others is the embodiment of the value of a person who is a doctor.

Medicine is not only a technical knowledge, but also an art collection that includes many contents. Only those who have both ability and political integrity and honest heart can be doctors and strive to "maintain the honor and noble tradition of the doctor's profession".

Guangdong Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine is located in the beautiful east corner of Guangzhou University City, within the campus of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is a comprehensive university museum directly affiliated to Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Formerly known as the Herbarium of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Medicine Garden and the Medical History Museum built in 1996 by Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1956, it was integrated into the "Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture" in 2001; in order to adapt to the development of traditional Chinese medicine and implement the construction of Guangdong Province. The strategy of "Strengthening the Province with Traditional Chinese Medicine" officially changed its name to Guangdong Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2006.

The Lingnan Famous Doctor Wall was built with a donation of 1 million yuan by Mr. Zhu Layi, a 78th grade alumnus of our school. It is located on the right side of the Guangdong Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the University City Campus. The preliminary design plan was displayed in the form of spray painting during the 50th anniversary celebration last year.

The recently unveiled Lingnan famous doctor wall is about 100 meters long and 4 meters high. It is made of Lingnan's unique stone - red sandstone relief. The main body uses realistic techniques to vividly depict the most representative medical contributions of 10 Lingnan famous doctors; background.

The use of bas-relief or line engravings finely reflects the special geography, humanities and natural environment of Lingnan, making the entire wall of famous doctors integrated, simple and vivid. It has stronger traditional Chinese medicine characteristics and Lingnan local characteristics.
