Born in Douai, a city in northern France, Corentin Delcroix fell in love with Chinese food in 2002 when he was studying in Beijing.
Delcroix is presently a chef, an entrepreneur and a food blogger who boasts millions of followers on Chinese social media platforms.
After learning how to prepare some of the popular local dishes, Delcroix found himself fusing elements of Chinese and French cuisines.
