The 2022 China-ASEAN Silk Road Cross-border E-commerce Forum will be held in Nanning on Sept 17, on the sidelines of the 19th China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO), bringing together experts and entrepreneurs to discuss how to further develop the sector.
The forum will help boost the development of cross-border e-commerce in China and ASEAN countries, as well as deepen China-ASEAN e-commerce cooperation in fields including technology, resources, talent, and information.
As a key event of this year's CAEXPO, the 2022 China-ASEAN Silk Road E-Commerce Forum will be hosted by the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the Department of Commerce of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
The forum will invite about 200 people, including leaders of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, representatives of e-commerce platform companies, as well as well-known experts and scholars.
The forum will release the China-ASEAN e-commerce development report, the Guangxi industrial e-commerce development report, and Guangxi e-commerce typical cases, promoting the signing of key projects in the e-commerce sector.
At the forum, experts and scholars in the field of e-commerce, as well as vice presidents and chairman of e-commerce platform groups like Alibaba, JD.com, as well as Meituan will deliver speeches.
The forum will use holographic projection technology to introduce digital virtual hosts to host the e-commerce research results and the release of typical cases.
The forum will also hold one high-end dialogue on cross-border e-commerce supply chains, one cross-border e-commerce investment promotion, two cross-border e-commerce field visits, one online promotion activity, and one e-commerce welfare training activity.
