Haimen district in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province ranked 58rd on the 2022 list of the China's top 100 districts released by CCID Consulting Co Ltd, local media reported on July 28.
Tongchuan district and Tongzhou district in Nantong were also included on the list, ranking 36th and 55th respectively.
The top 10 districts on the list were Nanshan, Tianhe, Futian, Huangdao, Bao'an, Longgang, Huangpu, Shunde, Wujiang and Nanhai.
Not including municipalities directly under the central government and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, 910 municipal districts took part in the evaluation.
To make this year's top 100 districts, a district needed a GDP of more than 80 billion yuan ($11.85 billion) and a general public budget revenue of more than 2 billion yuan.
