The 5th China Ordos International Cashmere and Wool Exhibition was successfully held in Dongsheng district of Ordos in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region on Aug 19-21 both online and offline.
This year's exhibition was sponsored by the China Chamber of International Commerce and organized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Inner Mongolia Committee and the Ordos municipal government.
A total of 128 well-known exhibitors and 226 buyers were invited to the event, during which a series of activities such as industry exhibitions, summit forums, online cloud exhibitions and e-commerce marketing were held.

The China Ordos International Cashmere and Wool Exhibition is committed to the development of economic and trade cooperation among countries and regions participating in the Belt and Road Initiative, exploring new paths for the transformation and upgrading of the fleece industry in Ordos, and promoting the development of the fleece industry.
Since 2018, the China (Ordos) International Cashmere and Wool Exhibition has been held five times, providing an effective platform for the Chinese and foreign cashmere industries to enhance exchanges, expand cooperation, and promote the high-quality development of local characteristic industries.
Over the past five years, more than 2,000 domestic and foreign buyers and over 1,200 exhibitors have participated in the exhibition, with a total trade of nearly 2 billion yuan being reached at the exhibitions.
