As summer vacation gets into the full swing of things and the COVID-19 pandemic eases, museums in Huangpu district in East China's Shanghai have reopened to welcome visitors, and are offering colorful and attractive exhibitions in July and August.
"The Sea in Greek Art from Antiquity until Today" highlights maritime civilizations and ancient Greek art, and is being held at the Shanghai Museum in Huangpu district in East China's Shanghai from July 19 to October 9.
The exhibition, jointly sponsored by the Shanghai Museum and the Greek Ministry of Culture and Sports, is an important part of the China-Greece Year of Culture and Tourism, and more than 30 pieces of precious works of art from Greece are on display at the three-month-long event.
